Privacy notice
Effective date: October 31, 2026.
Who is responsible
This notice comes from IPUL Tijuana (Paseo Vista Del Río N. 60-26, Tijuana, Baja California, 22226) and IPUL Ensenada (Calle Invierno #204, Maneadero, Ensenada, Baja California, 22790), congregations of the Iglesia Pentecostal Unida Latinoamericana en México. They are responsible for the data you send to us.
What this website collects
No personal information about you. This website has no forms, no accounts and no advertising, and we never try to find out who you are.
To learn how the site is used, so we can improve it for visitors, we count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It shows us totals only, such as which pages are read, how visitors found us (for example, from a link on Facebook), which country they are in, what kind of device and browser they use, and how quickly pages load. It uses no cookies, does not follow you to other websites, and never tells us who any visitor is.
The site also remembers the language you choose on your own device, so it opens in that language next time. That choice stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
What we receive when you message us
If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, your name if WhatsApp shows it, and what you write. You may choose to tell us about your health, your family or your faith. That is sensitive information. You decide what to share, and we ask only for what we need to help you.
Why we use it
To answer you, to pray for you, to tell you about our services and about baptism, and, if you ask, to follow up with pastoral care.
Who sees it
We do not sell your information. Pastor Leonardo Hernández reads the messages sent to this number and handles prayer requests. WhatsApp belongs to another company, and its own terms and privacy policy apply to messages you send through it. The links on this site to Facebook and Instagram also take you to services we do not control. Cloudflare, the company that hosts this website and counts its visits, receives the technical address (IP address) your device uses to reach the site, as every web host does, and handles it under its own privacy policy. We do not receive these addresses.
Your rights
You may ask to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how we use it. These are known in Mexico as ARCO rights. To use one, message us on WhatsApp at 646 107 2193 (opens in a new tab) and tell us which right you want to use. You can also tell us at any time to stop contacting you. Pastor Leonardo reads those messages and will answer your request.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will post the new version on this page with its date.
